We are looking for a energetic, friendly team member to join our skilled front of house team. The successful candidate will need to great with customers and have a passion for helping to bring a high level of friendly professional services to their stay.
The Job role includes the following:
~ Serving guests
~ Check ins and check outs
~ Waiting
~ Taking bookings
~ Answering the telephone
~ Learning the computer system
~ Answering emails
~ Answering enquiries
~ General prep for restaurant services
~ General cleaning and tidying of front of house
~ Helping out other departments if on the rare occasion jobs need to be filled, i.e illness.
~ Turndown
~ Taking orders
~ Drinks/ wines
~ General front of house duties
~ Restaurant service, Breakfast-Lunch and Dinner
