Our Sauna
Our modern and inviting sauna is located within our hotel spa building and offers the perfect place to relax and unwind after a workout or long day of holiday activities.
Using a sauna has many proven health benefits including increased blood flow and reduced tension, so make the most of our hotel sauna during your stay with us. Access to the sauna is free for any guests staying at our hotel but is also available to day visitors of the spa.
Changing rooms and showers are available in the gym building for ease.
Our Steam Room
Our luxury steam room is an ultra contemporary space to de-stress and recover after your workout or holiday activities.
Unlike the dry heat of a sauna, a steam room creates a humid environment and has been used by many cultures for centuries. The many proven benefits of using a steam room include clearing congestion, improving the health of your skin and circulation, workout recovery, and much more!
Access to the steam room is included with your stay at the hotel. If you’re not a hotel guest, you can access the steam room as part of a spa day which will allow you to enjoy our other spa facilities as well.
The sauna and steam room are open from 8am until 8pm daily, meaning you can fit your relaxation sessions around your other holiday activities.
Children under 16 years old are not permitted to use the sauna or steam room.
Please note that wedding packages do not include use of our sauna & steam room.
