The Oak Room Lounge
Our Oak Room Lounge, also known as the quiet lounge, is one of oldest and most stately rooms in the manor. It is one of the perfectly preserved rooms that was built as part of the 18th century house and provides a tranquil space within our hotel.
Decorated with Regency-style splendour, this light and airy space is sophisticated without being stuffy.
The perfect place to settle down with a book or sit quietly to enjoy views of our grounds, this lounge provides a tranquil and private area for our guests to relax in peace.
The Main Lounge
A warming fire, comfortable seating and one of our fabulous murals entice you to settle back and relax in our main lounge.
The cosy setting makes it the perfect place to enjoy a quiet drink and chat with friends during the day, or savour pre-dinner canapés and cocktails in the evening.
Afternoon tea and pre-dinner nibbles are both served in this lounge, making it the hotel’s social hub.
Whilst this is our main socialising lounge, it is still peaceful and pleasant and we wouldn’t be surprised if we find guests enjoying a little snooze next to the fire.
