Nestled in the North Devon countryside and far away from the bustle of everyday life is our luxurious spa, a fantastic place to escape, relax, and work out.

Our spa facilities are included with your stay from the moment you check in at 3pm until the moment you check out at 11am. If you’re not a guest, we also offer spa days to create an extra special experience.

Temple Spa
At Northcote Manor Spa, we’re thrilled to have a wide selection of Temple Spa products available for our guests to use, whether that’s during treatments or whilst using spa facilities.
Temple Spa is a luxury British skincare brand with a full, top-to-toe range of beautiful treatments from unique, high performance facials to problem solving massages and sleep inducing experiences. Everything that they produce is born out of their love for the Mediterranean and the boundless, wonderful energy that infuses the region’s people, food, lifestyle, and landscape.
Their products combine the very best botanicals from the Mediterranean with cutting-edge active ingredients to deliver exceptional dermatological results. The utmost goal of their products is not only to create a beautiful experience, but to reward your skin with outstanding long-term benefits.
Opening times
The spa is open from 8am – 8pm daily, in which time you can use any of our facilities.
Spa treatments are available between 9.30am-6.00pm daily.
Use of the spa is not included in wedding packages.
Enjoy a light lunch
A delicious selection of sandwiches, snacks, hot and cold drinks are all served in our spa cafe and on the veranda, with views overlooking the Devonshire countryside.
Terms & Conditions – Spa
The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all spa bookings.
All rates are subject to availability and all bookings are taken at the discretion of the Northcote Manor and Spa.
All prices shown are applicable at the time of booking, are subject to change at any time and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
In the event of the Northcote Manor and Spa cancelling your booking. We will inform you as soon as possible, offer you an alternative or refund you. We regret we cannot pay compensation or any reimbursement for consequential loss, or any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any such cancellation or change.
Northcote Manor and Spa reserves the right to remove or alter treatments on the menu at any time.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, we ask that you provide at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the start of your first appointment. Any appointment cancelled within 72 hours will be charged in full.
Online Bookings – Full pre-payment for all spa packages and treatments will be taken at the time of booking.
Non-Residents – A £50.00 deposit per booking will be taken at the time of booking, if less than 72 hours’ notice is given for a drop in numbers the remaining spa day guests will need to take the un-attending guests slots and pay for their spa package or treatments.
Residents – Credit card details supplied at the time of booking your hotel room will be used as security against any spa reservations. If you cancel your hotel reservation it is your responsibility to ensure that all spa treatments have been cancelled. Our cancellation policy above still applies.
For group bookings of 4 or more people, we ask that 7 days notice prior to the start of your first appointment is given in the event of cancellation. If cancelled within 7 days and we are unable to re-sell the appointment slots full payment will be required.
Access to the Spa
Children under 9 years old are not permitted to use any of the spa facilities.
Residents’ children between 9 and 16 years of age are welcome to use the swimming pool between 5pm-6pm daily when accompanied by an adult.
Opening times vary and can change at any time.
Please arrive at the Northcote Manor and Spa reception at least 15 minutes before your allocated time.
The Northcote Manor and Spa will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any valuables on the premises.
By booking a treatment or the using the facilities at the Spa it is understood and agreed that individuals participate at their own risk.
You may have a medical condition that would make a particular treatment unsuitable for you. If this happens, we will offer you an alternative treatment. If you are unsure if your health or physical fitness is suitable to participate in certain treatment, we recommend that you seek independent medical advice before attending.
