Our Sauna

Our modern and inviting sauna is located in the hotel spa building. The ideal spot to unwind after a busy day or a session in the gym, the dry heat from a sauna helps to relax muscles, boost circulation and remove toxins from the body.

Access to the sauna is included for hotel guests and day spa visitors.

Our Steamroom

Our state-of-the-art steam room is situated in the spa building.  Perfect for relaxing and reducing stress, the warm, moist air from the steam room helps to improve skin health, loosen up muscles and offer respiratory relief. 

Access to the steam room is included for hotel guests and our day spa visitors. 

The sauna and steam room are open from 8 am to 8 pm daily. Children under 16 are not permitted to use the sauna or steam room.
