Our spa is open from 8 am to 8 pm for spa members and residents of the hotel. All our spa days operate within these hours. Hotel residents can use the spa from check-in time until 11 am on the day of check out.
We allow children who are hotel guests and aged between 9-16 in the facilities between 5-6 pm. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Yes, all our spa facilities are available for hotel guests and members. Spa day guests are able to use the spa facilities during the hours of their package. We do not offer a facilities only package.
Yes, you can enjoy any of our treatments without using the spa facilities.
Yes, spa days and treatments are available to book online. If availability isn’t showing or you require something different, please call us and we’ll be happy to assist.
You can wear underwear or swimwear to the treatment, whatever you feel more comfortable in.
We supply towels, robes and slippers for our spa day guests. Hotel guests can bring robes from their room, towels and slippers are provided in the spa. Members are welcome to bring their own robes, we provide towels and slippers at the spa.
We have a pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym and a peaceful relaxation room.
Due to our popularity, 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel any spa appointment; otherwise, full payment is charged. For larger groups of 6 or more, full payment is required a month in advance. Any cancellations must be handled by the lead booker, who may have the relevant treatment for the guest who cancelled, but we can’t offer a refund.
The minimum age for a spa day is 16 years old. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult and any treatments will be held in our double treatment room.
We offer a range of different spa day packages with a variety of food options. If you are on a spa package that includes a cream tea and wanted to upgrade to a light lunch, for example, we can credit the price of what you choose by £5. You can also order food from our menu in addition to the food that’s included with the package.
